Shipping was prompt and boxes are packed very well to save them from transportation damages. Accepting PayPal caused me to leave my old packaging supplier who only takes credit cards, so yes payment choices are quite important to me. Their customer representatives are well trained and polite. They gave me assistance to made the necessary changes in my box design to make it perfect and more graceful. Very simple ordering process. I just uploaded my artwork and told their sales representative about the dimensions of my boxes. Then I got the 3D mockup of my box design. When I reviewed these mockups, I noticed the actual opening of my box was about 1/2″ less than I needed. I called customer service immediately and reached a friendly and helpful agent who changed the dimensions of boxes exactly according to my product specifications and sent new mockups quickly. I got my boxes in a very short time and was totally impressed by their printing and material quality, and I loved it! Will be using again.
